New Holland Honey Eaters

The New Holland honeyeater (Phylidonyris novaehollandiae) is a species of honeyeater native to southern Australia. It was one of the first birds to be scientifically described in Australia, originally named Certhia novaehollandiae. They a typically seen at sunrise around the flowering scrubs and Banksias at Bimbi.

Likelihood to see them: Need patience, hard to spot.
