The Team and Working Holiday Makers - WHM Visa
At Bimbi Park, we’ve had fantastic local staff and had the pleasure of hosting many working holiday staff over the years, helping them complete the 88-day requirement for their Working Holiday (WHM) Visa. Completing your days with us is a great way to qualify for a second WHM visa. We provide free accommodation, access to a car, a competitive hourly rate, and superannuation payments. The Team
Kat and Frank Fotinas
Have been running Bimbi Park since 2005. It has been a great place to raise a family, run a family business, and enjoy the environment. Kat is the backbone of Bimbi. Frank is in charge of fishing, eating and wine tasting. (doesn’t do much. LOL)
Sophie and Emmanuele
Emmanuelle, the firstborn, came to Bimbi at the age of 8. His partner, Sophie, manages reception and catering, while Emmanuelle takes care of maintenance and groundskeeping. Also the crayfish and abalone catcher.
Dimitri Fotinas
Is the second born and came to Bimbi Park at the age of 4. Does anything that is needed but is usually missing in action or overseas. LOL.
Nathanial Fotinas
Born and bred in Bimbi Park. Coffee, pizza and fish and chip GURU and does anything else that no one else wants to do.
Chris
Chris, a retired dairy farmer with 25 years on Cape Otway, has found a peaceful and beautiful place to call home. She is a valued member of the Bimbi team.
Joseph
Joseph has spent over 20 years in Cape Otway and is a key member of the Bimbi team. Fluent in Japanese and an expert in the culture. His love of nature has kept him in the beautiful Cape Otway.
David
Photographer by proffesion. Has been an imortant member of the Bimbi team since 2022.

Joey and Haha - Taiwan
Hello, this is Joey and Haha. We worked at Bimbi Park as a part of our working holiday. We miss the good times, nature, native wildlife and the beautiful Bimbi Park family. We are engineers in Taiwan now. We always think of our time Bimbi Park.
Coco and Valentine - France
We’re Coco and Valentin, a French couple travelling around Australia. It’s not always easy to work with your partner fortunately Valentin loves to scrub the toilets while Coco is making the beds, it’s a perfect match and Bimbi Park was fantastic!”
Koen and Wilke - Holland
Hi, we’re Koen and Wilke from the Netherlands. We travelled through Australia in a campervan for a year on a working holiday. After staying one night at Bimbi we were sure we wanted to work there! In hindsight, our warmest memories of Australia are from those months working at Bimbi. The wildlife, the nature, the remoteness and being part of the family were just amazing!
